5. Delivery

Margaret West will use her best efforts to fill your order within the stated time. However, Margaret West is not responsible for any delays beyond her reasonable control. If an item is faulty you have one week, from delivery, to return the item to claim a refund.

6. Your use of any information or materials on this website is entirely of your own risk, for which we shall not be liable. It is your own responsibility to ensure that any products, services or information meet your specific requirements.

7. You fully understand that any and all  deposit/payments that you make for a workshop, course or product from this website is NON refundable or Transferable, unless a product is faulty.  Connections with spirit holds no responsibility to refund you any course payments, should you cancel or be unable to attend the course that you have paid for.  However, if you give us 4 weeks notice that you cannot attend, we will consider transfering your balance, minus the deposit, to another course of your choice.

Connections with spirit retain the right to cancel or postpone advertised courses at any time with one weeks notice. ALL deposit/payments will be refunded.
